Estate Sale Treasures

Just because something has been looked at for 50 years or more, doesn't mean it has lost it's appeal. Vases that have fake flowers and a lot of dust can actually have significant value! Pottery, ceramics, glass and porcelain are all good finds. 

Estate jewelry is highly sought after at an estate sale.  Whether it's fine jewelry or  vintage jewelry, both men and women's jewelry will attract buyers. 

Furniture speaks volumes to a personal style and aesthetic.  Some of the best quality furniture was made in the 19th and 20th centuries. 

Usually one of the first things to be donated before we arrive. Please don't. Clothing from all era's are a big hit for our fashionistas. 

Coins, stamps, memorabilia, porcelain, dolls, figurines are common collectibles. So are spoons, thimbles, carvings and the most unexpected. Private collections can be the most fun and the most interesting to the estate sale goer. 

Ephemera is paper that was meant to be enjoyed for a short time. Examples are postcards, tickets, journals, scrapbooks, photos, posters, letters, menus and so much more.
